Special Compounds

Thanks to our partners’ expert knowledge of parts, Crossfire is able to formulate and produce special compounds based on thermoplastic polymers, such as TPEE, with high and very high resistance to fire for injection moulding, extrusion, and filming transformation.

These materials can be formulated and tailored to your needs: an example is the TDS-Crosscope-5552-FRE01-EN-26.11.201. It’s an extrusion and film transformation dedicated halogen free compound, focused on the car interiors , responding to FMVSS-D451333 norm.

Another example is Crosscope - 5552-FR01 NAT, an injection molding transformation, halogenic compound, focused on GWIT and GWFT norms for electrical components.
