The <strong>composite structural panels<\/strong> produced are <strong>lightweight<\/strong>, <strong>affordable<\/strong>, <strong>productive<\/strong>, <strong>eco-friendly<\/strong> and <strong>recyclable<\/strong>, as well as free from <strong>VOC emissions<\/strong>, <strong>solvents<\/strong> and <strong>formic aldehyde<\/strong>, making them <strong>totally green<\/strong>. The <strong>Crosspreg\u00ae resin<\/strong> is the only impregnation and bonding media between the various components.<\/p>\n<p>**Crossfire\u00ae technology** is able to meet the many demands for <strong>lightweight and eco-friendly products<\/strong> by means of a fast and effective <strong>one-step moulding process<\/strong>, in a <strong>hot plates Press<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Our preferred core is <strong>expanded PET obtained from recycled bottles<\/strong>, which facilitates &#8216;one-shot&#8217; recycling, without the need to take it apart. Densities from 50 up to <strong>320Kg\/m3<\/strong> are available. We can also provide HC cores made of <strong>paper, aluminium, balsa<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Crosspreg\u00ae composite skins<\/strong> are manufactured in house with <strong>glass, carbon, aramid, linen, or basalt<\/strong> base.<\/p>\n<p>The Panel surfaces might add functional and aesthetic layers, like <strong>Wood<\/strong>, <strong>plastic films<\/strong>, <strong>metal laminates<\/strong>, <strong>ceramic<\/strong> and <strong>natural tiles<\/strong> during the sole curing process, without any glue addition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ink-Jet decoration<\/strong> is possible either on the finished panel surface or, earlier, on the reinforcing fabric before of its transformation in <strong>Crosspreg\u00ae prepreg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A variant of our <strong>EcoPanels technology<\/strong> is our <strong>EcoVP-tech<\/strong> that allows us to mould, without core pre-forming, <strong>variable thickness and curved profiles<\/strong> using moulds with the same materials employed for flat panels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EcoPanels and EcoVP-Tech<\/strong> are gradually entering the <strong>marine market<\/strong> as <strong>Deck<\/strong>, internal ceiling and walls, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EcoPanels<\/strong> are in development for <strong>building applications<\/strong>, from the <strong>insulating external walls<\/strong> to the <strong>internal separation walls<\/strong>, <strong>prefabricated bathrooms<\/strong> and <strong>temporary\/emergency houses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>EcoPanels productivity<\/strong>, by an automated sequential single press line, is up to <strong>12 panels\/hour<\/strong> and can rise up to <strong>40 panels\/hour<\/strong> in a multi plates Press machine. <br \/><a href='\/circular-recycling'><strong>Circular Recycling<\/strong><\/a>.&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|font_size:25|text_align:left&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Crossfire develops the Eco-Panels technology entirely in house.
